1. You may only use the website to make lawful inquiries or place lawful orders.

2. You agree to provide truthful and complete information, such as your email address, postal address, and any other contact details necessary to process your order. This information may be used to contact you if necessary.

3. If you do not provide all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order correctly.

4. By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

The items offered on this website are available in Spain and Portugal. For international orders, please contact us in advance at info@macanaya.com

We do not ship to PO boxes, so you must provide a complete and valid delivery address.

No sales contract shall exist until we expressly confirm your order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted yet.

The purchase shall be considered formalized when we send you the shipping confirmation. That confirmation will relate only to the products indicated in it.

If your order cannot be accepted, we will notify you and, if payment has already been made, the full amount paid will be refunded.

All orders are subject to product availability.

If supply difficulties or stock shortages arise, we may offer you a substitute product of equal or similar value. If you do not wish to accept the substitution, we will refund the amounts paid.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time.

We shall not be liable for the withdrawal or modification of products or content on the website, or for any order that has not been processed before the shipping confirmation has been sent.

We aim to deliver products within an estimated period of 2 to 7 business days for orders in Spain and Portugal, subject always to stock availability.

We do not ship to PO boxes, so you must provide a complete and correct delivery address.

The price of the products will be the one shown on the website at any given time, except in the case of obvious error.

Although we try to ensure that all prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible so that you may reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded.

The prices shown on the website include applicable taxes. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be indicated during the checkout process.

Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which a shipping confirmation has already been sent.

By making a card payment, you confirm that the card used is your own or that you are authorized to use it.

Card payments are subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank. If the issuing bank does not authorize the payment, we will not be able to complete the sale and we shall not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery resulting from this.

Our liability in connection with any product purchased on this website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

Sales of products through this website shall be governed by Spanish law.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable Spanish regulations shall apply.
