REFUND POLICY

Free shipping to Spain and Portugal.

Delivery time of 2 to 5 working days for domestic orders. 4 to 10 working days for international orders.

For the rest of the territories, write us an email to info@macanaya.com and we will inform you.

For the exchange or return the customer must send us an email indicating:

Order number and date.

Customer's first and last name.

Contact phone.

Specific item to be returned, in orders with several items.

Reason for the return, we appreciate you letting us know.

Option chosen between refund or exchange for another item and, in the latter case, new item chosen.

Within 24-48 business hours MAC ANAYA will contact you to approve the request. Custom items do not allow exchanges or returns.

The items to be returned must be delivered in perfect condition, without marks of use or manipulations, with their original packaging and box in perfect condition. Until the receipt of the item by MAC ANAYA, the customer is responsible for it.

Shipping costs for exchange or return will be borne by the buyer.

The customer has a period of 15 calendar days from the delivery date of the purchase to notify the exchange or return. We will not accept exchanges or returns outside the indicated period.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND OF THE ITEM:

In the event that the customer opts for the refund, this will be made, once we receive his return and verified that everything is correct, within a period of 14 calendar days through the same means of payment used in the purchase.

In the event that the returned item does not arrive in perfect and the same conditions in which it was sent, the exchange or return will not be accepted and MAC ANAYA will not proceed to refund the item, instead we will notify the customer by email.

If the customer chooses to exchange for another item, we will ship it as soon as possible and within a maximum of two weeks.

If the cause of the return is by default in the item, we will send you another one in perfect condition as soon as possible, within a maximum period of two weeks and we will bear all shipping costs.
